House rules

· Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

· Infants and children are also count toward the number of guest.

· Under the age of 18 without adults are not permitted to stay.

· No pets allowed.

· If a guest shows up with extra people unannounced, the host has the right to turn them away.

· It is prohibited to use candles, firecrackers, or mosquito repellent, which pose a risk of fire.

· All areas within the Hanok are non-smoking areas, including e-cigarettes. In case of violation, immediate eviction and special cleaning fee will be charged.

· Please use the facilities with care at all times, and in case of damage to the facilities or furnishings, compensation may be requested.

· CCTV is installed in front of the gate for safety and crime prevention.

· It is allowed to cook food except for meat and seafood which could cause smoke and smell.

· To ensure proper hygiene, our building receives monthly pest control services. However, you can see bugs or pests due to the nature of the environment. Please note that prepaid reservations cannot be refunded due to the above issue.

· We are not responsible for accidents or loss caused by the customer's negligence.

Reservation Policy

· A confirmation message will be sent to you after your transaction is submitted.

· If the transaction is not submitted within 24 hours, your reservation may be cancelled.

· For any changes on reservation or cancellations, please text to the number where the reservation confirmed text message was sent. (Guest name / Check in date)

Spa rules

· It takes about 50 minutes to fill the bathtub with hot water.

· Please be sure to drain the water after use.

· Please pay attention to personal safety management, and we are not responsible for any accidents caused by carelessness of users due to non-compliance.

· Do not use anything other than prepared bath salt when using the bathtub.

· Oil, mask packs are strictly prohibited due to the risk of slipping.

· Please note that the floor may be slippery.

Cancellation Policy

We require 7days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
